LEGAL AGREEMENT & RISK WARNING
Subscriber Terms & Conditions
Last Updated: September 18, 2026 · Effective for all TAYO Radar and Whop Subscribers
Trading foreign exchange (Forex), commodities, precious metals, and indices on margin carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. The high degree of leverage can work against you as well as for you. Before deciding to trade, you should carefully consider your investment objectives, level of experience, and risk appetite. You could sustain a loss of some or all of your invested funds. Never trade with money you cannot afford to lose.
1. Nature of the Service & No Financial Advice
TAYO Radar is an automated algorithmic research system that monitors institutional market structure, liquidity sweeps, order blocks, and key-level retests across select currency pairs, metals, and indices.
- Informational & Educational Use Only: All alerts, directional bias cards, watch notifications, technical levels, and journal entries are provided strictly for educational and informational purposes.
- Not an Investment Advisor: TAYO Radar, its authors, and affiliates are not registered investment advisors (RIA), commodity trading advisors (CTA), or broker-dealers.
- No Personal Recommendations: Content does not constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. No communication from TAYO Radar shall be construed as a solicitation, endorsement, or recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument.
2. Subscriber Responsibility & Execution Discretion
All trading decisions are executed entirely at your own independent discretion and risk.
- Self-Directed Trading: TAYO Radar does not execute orders on your behalf, does not hold custody of client funds, and does not have access to your personal brokerage account.
- Execution Variables: Live market execution differs from paper research. Broker spreads, slippage, commission fees, financing charges, swap rates, and latency vary between brokers and may significantly impact trading outcomes.
- Risk Management: You are solely responsible for setting your own lot size, stop loss, and capital allocation. Never risk more than a conservative percentage of your total trading equity on any individual setup.
3. Hypothetical & Historical Performance Disclaimer
In accordance with regulatory disclosure standards:
- Past Performance Is Not Indicative of Future Results: Historical win rates, R-multiples, and paper trading journal entries reflect backtested or algorithmic cloud simulation rules. No representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to those shown.
- Inherent Limitations: Simulated or paper trading results do not involve financial risk and cannot completely account for the impact of financial risk in actual live trading (such as liquidity deficits, market gaps, or broker execution rejections).
4. Subscriptions, Billing, and Renewals
- Billing Cycle: VIP Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or specified periodic basis through the Whop payment platform.
- Auto-Renewal: Your subscription renews automatically unless canceled prior to the end of the current billing cycle.
- Self-Service Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time directly through your Whop Customer Portal. Upon cancellation, you will retain VIP channel access until the end of your prepaid billing period, after which access will terminate automatically.
5. Strict No-Refund Policy
Due to the immediate access granted to proprietary algorithmic setups, technical levels, live alerts, and digital intellectual property upon subscription:
- All payments and renewal fees are strictly non-refundable once processed.
- No partial refunds or credits will be issued for unused portions of a billing cycle.
- Please evaluate the public performance journal, entry rules, and system documentation before subscribing.
6. Intellectual Property & Anti-Piracy Policy
All materials, algorithms, technical specifications, bias grades, trade formats, and branding are the exclusive intellectual property of TAYO Radar.
- Strict Anti-Forwarding: VIP subscribers are granted a single-user, non-transferable, revocable license for personal use.
- Prohibited Actions: You may not copy, forward, rebroadcast, screenshot, resell, distribute, or share alerts, signals, or educational materials to any third party, group, chat, or public platform.
- Enforcement & Termination: Any subscriber caught redistributing signals or intellectual property will face immediate, permanent termination of access without refund, alongside potential legal action for intellectual property infringement.
7. Platform Availability & Third-Party Dependencies
Alert delivery relies on third-party cloud infrastructure (Cloudflare, Telegram Bot API, Discord webhooks, and institutional data feeds). While we maintain a 24/7 high-availability architecture, TAYO Radar does not warrant that notifications will be uninterrupted, error-free, or instantaneous during periods of feed maintenance, market holidays, or global telecommunication outages.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall TAYO Radar, its creators, operators, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of capital, trading losses, loss of profits, or data loss arising out of or in connection with the use of this service.
9. Agreement & Modifications
By subscribing to TAYO Radar VIP or accessing our channels, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time by updating this document.
